Remember that there is no 'ITIL compliant tools' per se. When a vendor indicates that his tool is ITIL compliant, it indicates that it can serve a set of ITIL processes. The question remains whether it will support your particular business needs and whether you can implement it as part of an integral approach, covering the 5 "P's": People, Proces, Product, Partner (supplier) and Performance.
